  We had them for two years. Over the two years they accidentally treated our neighbor's yard twice (instead of ours). We had to call/email them twice for a poorly done job. The most recent (week of 4/25/16), I sent pictures and a polite email (4/26). Shawn responded (morning of 4/27) that the tech would get in touch with me. The afternoon of 4/29, I emailed him back because his tech hadn't reached out to me. Long story short, they didn't want our business and refunded our money (we had prepaid for the year).
